By getting online, accessing and logging on to our website www.gift360.in you accept these Terms and Conditions of use. We request you to please read it carefully as you are subject to the guiding principles and conditions emanating from benefiting of the services rendered by our website.


The order/orders placed by the Customer are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:


  • Octroi charges (as applicable) apart from delivery charges will be borne by the Customer.
  • Gift360.in Product Prices are inclusive of Delivery and Handling charges.
  • Incase of replacement of the product, all the cost of the courier or any other charges in relation, thereto, would be borne by the Customer.
  • All deliveries will be made within 14 ‘working’ days from the time of placing the order, subject to availability of the products. Products once delivered to the Customer and accepted by him/her in good condition shall not be accepted back.
  • In case of unavailability of stock, Gift360.in reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer,only the amount charged to him/her. No claims of any interest or any such charges will be accepted by Gift360.in.
  • In case of cancellation, the customer should request for the same within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, which may arise or accrue on a Customer, if any, shall be borne directly by the Customer.
  • For resolution of disputes with regards to products purchased under this facility, Customer shall approach Gift360.in only.
  • In the event of any defects in the product, the Customer shall be required to contact- Gift360.in, 2/1, Langford Road, Bangalore-560025 or call at our Toll-Free no. 1800-425-1120 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. However, in case of failure to do so, the products shall be considered as accepted and Customers request shall stand as rejected.
  • The Customer once registered and logged on to our website, is responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of his/her personal account and password.
  • All contents and software on this website is the sole proprietorship and trademark of Gift360.in. Trademarks not owned by Gift360.in that feature on this website are the sole property of their respective owners that is only affiliated to us.
  • Typography errors resulting from customers will result in orders not being processed and credit card not going through. Gift360.in is not responsible for such errors which result in unnecessary impediments and is under the sole prudence of individual customers.
  • Gift360.in reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions upon its discretion without any prior notice or reasons.
  • All Disputes to the orders placed on Gift360.in is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in court of Bangalore only.
